The Boychoir of Ann Arbor
DR. THOMAS STRODE, is a native of Portland, Oregon and moved to Ann Arbor in 1973 to pursue graduate studies in music. He earned the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in 1981, in organ performance, as a student of Professor Marilyn Mason. He also holds the Associate degree of the American Guild of Organists (AAGO). In addition to his duties as director of the Boychoir, he is Organist & Choirmaster of St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Ann Arbor, where he conducts the Adult and Junior Choirs in addition to playing the services.
His wife, Karen, is a homemaker and is engaged in homeschooling their young son, Matthew.
