Guidelines for Article Submission

"Boychoir - Past, Present and Future" is an educational outreach dedicated to the promotion and preservation of the boychoir art form. Relevant articles on the art form are encouraged here as well as good scholarship. Guidelines for article submissions are as follows:

Authors may submit articles between 600 words and no more than 6000 words. The articles should be in two (2) forms: formatted both in ASCII/DOS format, and in either Microsoft Word 5.0 - 7.0 or WordPerfect 5.1 - 7.0 format. The submitted article should be in 12pt. New Times Roman, and in accordance with a standard style (Turabian, MLA, APA, etc.). Credit of sources is always preferred. Images supporting the article are welcome, and any sources of the images should be credited where possible. Submit your article as an attachment to: webmaster@boychoirs.org

Original articles submitted should include the form of copyright notice to be used. Copyright ownership of original articles submitted to BPPF (boychoirs.org) will remain with the author. If the article in question has been previously published please include the appropriate copyright notice when submitting the article and include a statement that permission has been obtained to use the article in cases where the author is not the copyright owner.

Since the Webmaster, and therefore BPPF (boychoirs.org), is a member of the American Choral Directors Association, all boychoir related articles that have been published in the "Choral Journal" of the ACDA can be published on BPPF (boychoirs.org) without obtaining prior permission from that organization.
